What is Fast Track?

Fast Track is a personalised airport assistance service. It complements your private chauffeur transfer and covers your welcome, help with formalities and luggage, right through to boarding.

It is available at two Paris airports: Roissy-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly.

Help with luggage

From bag drop and check-in to collection, you receive assistance with your luggage, so you can travel with less effort and greater peace of mind.

Assistance through to boarding

You are guided until it is time to join your flight, helping you reach the boarding gate without stress or worrying about finding your way.

Fast Track + private chauffeur: an end-to-end journey

The real strength of the service is continuity. Your chauffeur picks you up at your home or hotel, drops you off at the correct terminal, and hands you over for assistance inside the airport. On arrival, the same process works in reverse: a welcome, luggage assistance, then the journey to your destination.

How do you book the Fast Track service?

1. Book your transfer, giving the airport, terminal if you know it, date and time.
2. Request the Fast Track service in your enquiry.
3. Share your flight number and the number of passengers and bags.
4. Tell us about any special requirements: children, accessibility or assistance needs.

We respond within 15 minutes and confirm your arrangements.

• Book in advance, especially during holidays and busy travel periods.
• Keep your identity documents and ticket close at hand.
• Make sure to tell us about any flight changes so your welcome can be adjusted.
