The company

TOP OF CAB is a French simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €2,000, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 812 258 101, represented by its President, Mr Frank Schoulal, holder of professional card no. 09219437502.

The company is registered with the French Ministry of Transport under EVTC number 092 15 0140. The website was declared to the CNIL under number 1858556.

Any booking request placed with TOP OF CAB constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Our prices include

VAT, chauffeur service, vehicle costs and professional insurance for transported passengers.

Our prices do not include

Parking and toll charges, admission fees, the chauffeur’s meals and accommodation costs for journeys outside the region or abroad.

Time and mileage are calculated from and back to the garage. Any excess time or mileage not included in the initial quote is added to the final invoice. Any hour begun is payable.

Airport transfers include one hour of waiting from the flight’s landing time; additional waiting is charged by the hour.

Cancelled bookings

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the assignment, or passenger no-shows, are charged. Deposits are non-refundable.

Luggage

Luggage is accepted within the vehicle’s capacity and a limit of 30 kg per passenger. It remains under the passenger’s responsibility. We are not liable for items left in our vehicles or elsewhere during the service.

Seat belts

Passengers must comply with the French Highway Code, including wearing seat belts. Any fines caused by non-compliance are their responsibility.

Payment

Services are payable before the assignment, except for approved corporate account clients with periodic billing.

Late corporate payments incur statutory interest and the mandatory €40 recovery fee under French law.

We accept Visa, Eurocard Mastercard and American Express.

Quotes and prices

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date sent and may change without notice thereafter.

Claims and disputes

Claims must be submitted by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within eight days of the service.

Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nanterre Commercial Court, Hauts-de-Seine, France.
